These sweet delights are super easy to make and don’t have any added sugar. This recipe was invented one day when my girls wanted something sweet and all I had was a mango and frozen puff pastry. We’ve all heard about apple turnovers, so I thought I could make a mango turnover. The result was awesome and it’s now become a regular lunchbox addition.

This recipe can be used to create delicious fruit turnovers with whatever lovely fruit you have to hand – apple is especially good.

Use gluten-free frozen puff pastry.
Vego/vegan
Many brands of puff pastry are suitable for vegans but be sure to check the ingredients list for palm oil, which some vegans choose to avoid.
