TIPS
Pop a toothpick through the sliders if you want to make extra sure they stay together in the lunchbox. Remember to cut off the pointy end!

Gluten free
Use gluten-free rolls and gluten-free breadcrumbs in the beef patties.

Dairy free
Sub the tasty cheese with a plant-based cheddar.

Egg free
Use an egg-free mayo in the sauce.

Vego/vegan
You can use my No- Meat Balls instead of beef patties to make these sliders vegetarian.

These are really simple to assemble.

Add a dollop of the sauce on the base of each bun, then add a burger patty to each, followed by a slice of cheese, lettuce leaf, tomato and pickle. Finish with another dollop of the sauce and add the top of the bun.
